Staff Profiles

Richard McCulloch

Richard is the General Manager of MurdochLINK. He is trained in science and business with a BSc (Hons.) from Murdoch University and an MBA from the Curtin University of Technology. Richard has over 10 years management experience working for a number of leading Australian companies including BP Australia Ltd, RGC Ltd, M G Kailis Pty Ltd and KPMG.

After working for a number of years as an environmental specialist in the petroleum and mining industries, Richard took up a senior position with M G Kailis Pty Ltd, one of Australia’s largest marine corporations, managing their research and development unit. In this role he worked with leaders in business and science at a national level and was successful in managing a number of key initiatives that directly resulted in improvements to business performance and efficiency.

His specialist capabilities include: project management, environmental management, scientific research and development, financial analysis, contract management/negotiation and intellectual property protection.

Marjorie Pashley

Marjorie is the Projects and Training Officer at MurdochLINK. She has 30 years experience in the fields of education and administration, with specific interest in the arts. Marjorie obtained her teaching qualifications in England and completed her Bachelor of Education at the University of Canberra. She is currently registered with the WA College of Teachers.

Carla De Gois

Carla is the Projects Administrator at MurdochLINK and has 20 years of experience in administration, customer service, management and training. She comes from an insurance background in South Africa, has a BA from the University of South Africa and is an Associate of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute.
